Consisting of ten 2-bedroom, 2-bath suites with full kitchen, laundry and 2 balconies per suite and one 3-bedroom 3-bath suite.  Each suite has been carefully designed to be enjoyed as a modern, stylish beach boutique hotel/condo for the vacationer seeking a luxury experience at an mid level  price. One balcony facing the ocean and Boardwalk while the other faces the beautifully designed green space/courtyard. The courtyard also known as the green space creates privacy and a gathering space that welcomes guests to mingle with friends, make new friends or just to sit and contemplate the day. 5100 Vacation Club lends itself to wonderful private rentals where the entire building can be rented and host events in the outdoor common space.
